Add internationalisation/locale infra-structure so that the Sailwave UI can
be translated to other languages. Currently in evaluation and only works for
Edit+Competitor entry prompts. See previous mailing.
Add a tool (Tools menu) to update competitor ratings from the rating files;
useful for switching between ratings schemes to compare results, and also
when the ratings change via a governing body. Note the Tools menu in
contradiction to previous messages about this.
Rearrange the menus a bit between Edit and Tools to make more sense.
Apologies if that breaks your finger-memory for a while...
Add Yachts and Yachting style for general use; as well as for use in the Y&Y
report/result plug-in.
Introduce ability for rating system to have two coefficients A and B. Custom
rat sys expressions can also reference these. Introduced for PHRF TOT. See
previous mailings.
Add PHRF TOT as an internal rating system with capability of defining A and
B.
Add IRM, IRC, CHS (legacy) and ECHO rating systems.
Update online documentation reference section about rating files.
Generalise the rating library into the ability to load ratings from N CSV
files in a ratings sub-folder in the Sailwave installation folder. Remove
the list based user interface; not useful. See previous mailing and the
ratings files ref page on the web site.
Fix the problem that did a case-sensitive check when inserting style sheet
code.
Relax accuracy of custom rating system expression tests a bit.
Extend FAQ 32.
Fix bug that skipped the odd race now and again when publishing all races!
Allow start/finish times to be entered as 4 digit or 6 digit 24 hour times.
e.g. 1205 is 5 past 12 and 120505 is 5 seconds past 5 past 12.
Handle start/finish times spanning midnight.
