Version 1.46 has been uploaded to the web site (1Mb). This is essentially
1.45(ish) with the registration and locale stuff removed. You may notice
retrograde effects - if so shout loudly and I'll fix them or redo the
required tweak immediately.
If you use the locale facilities, just keep using 1.45.
