1.47 beta 1 uploaded with fairly minor stuff as below:-
Move Options to the Tools menu.
Add check box on Edit+Code such that its format setup is copied to all codes
when OK is pressed.
Move all the rating file stuff to the Tools menu.
Split off the prize tab of Edit+ScoringSystem into a window of its own.
Tweak text on Edit+Code options to make the semantics clearer.
Extend the code points summary table to show the new fields.
Add a +N points capability to all the 'average' code methods. N (points) can
be +ve or -ve.
Add new code method: points for position of number of starters in the race +
N (positions).
Add new code method: points for position of number of finishers in the race
+ N (positions).
Add the concept of started and finished to codes.
Increase max number of races to 250 and tweak list formatting infrastructure
to make it easy to bump up max races again as necessary.
Fix competitor columns while scrolling horizontally.
Add an acknowledgement tab to the About box.
