Another 1.58 beta is available from the web site. This fixes the problem
whereby the fleet field was disabled and also adds the ability to set race
weights in starts. Weights are applied to the normally calculated race
points. Lots of infrastructure changes that are should be invisible.

PS: as reported by Huw, in many places where you used to choose a fleet,
that capabililty is gone - it will be replaced very soon with the more
generic 'select these competitors' tool - s.f. the field seeding tool, or
repositioning tool - which have been updated.
