Hi Colin,

I confess that I have not tried this in the latest beta but, in the file
http://results.sailwave.com/alias2.htm the relative links do not work on
either of the Mac browsers which I have tried (Safari and IE).

The problem seems to be the inclusion of the # in the <name> tags. E.g.

Replacing

    <a name="#FleetHandicap1">

With

    <a name="FleetHandicap1">

Can then correctly be found from:

    <a href="#FleetHandicap1">R1</a>

This form also works in IE on Windows XP.

Hope this helps,

Ian

Colin,

Just done a quick test with publishing the results of our Summer series and
notice that I am not now able to select a Fleet to publish like I used to be
able to in v1.57. This might be a back step prior to your work on enhancing
publishing results. Having the ability to publish by Fleet back in v1.57
allowed be to produce printouts for each Fleet separately. I know I can work
round the problem by importing the HTML output into something like FrontPage
and I am will to do that if there is a choice between you working on PH and
Annual Yardstick returns (RYA & US Sailing) and enhanced publishing :wink:

PS - I need to get a faster PC and more memory as it is taking quite a while
to calculate results now with the size of my series files (4.89Mbytes);
24-28 races with 150+ boats taking part in at least one race.

Kind regards,
Huw

Hi Huw,

It's a temporary simplification during the 1.58 betas - there is nothing
special about 'fleet' now - so all the 'only this fleet' stuff was ripped
out - it'll be replaced with one of the 'these competitor' selectors like
the ones in the seeding tool etc; a generalisation of what was there before.
However I'm thinking of putting it in the main view and then get publishing
to inherit that setting... Like 'hide unsailed races' and 'hide excluded
competitors' etc.

Regards,
Colin
