I can’t see how to set up ‘best 4 to count’?

Hi IanB,
As IanF has said you do not set 'best 4 to count' in Sailwave, or
all the other scoring programs I have used; you say how many
races to discard from being counted towards the Nett points. This
is the way the Racing Rules of Sailing describe the scoring
mechanism.
You set the discard profile by clicking 'Scoring system' icon on
the toolbar then selecting the ‘Series scoring’ tab.
If you have a 7 or 8 race series to get the 'best 4 to count' you
will need to replace the pattern in the discard profile box with
0,0,0,0,1,2,3,4
This will discard the worst race score when 5 races have been
completed, then the worst 2 scores when 6 races completed and so
on; thereby effectively giving you the ‘best 4 scores’ you are
wanting.

go to scoring system, edit your standard appendix a scoring, go to series scoring, enter into discard profile 0,0,0,0,1
