We had an inter club race yesterday with some 40 boats on the line. Due to the geography the line was rather shorter than desirable.
At the start, I thought a few boats were OCS, but the RO did not fly Flag X nor 1st Sub. However I am given to understand that they subsequently reviewed a video of the start and then, in the published results, declared seven boats OCS. Although I wasn't one of them, I don't think that is acceptable. Am I right?
