Is there a way to use past BCR values to facilitate evening out some handicaps so there are not boats (a holder 20, for instance) whose handicap is such that they always run away, because the handicap seems out of line with others.
Folks here don’t seem to care for NHC.

There is the Tools assign personal handicaps:-
Here you can specify a formula
Its a fairly manual process or you can use the custom NHC and create your own rules which can do it automatically - With a custom template it can perform any type of personal handicap - it doesn’t have to be NHC.
