Access Denied when trying to import csv file

Hello. I am trying to import a csv file with 317 lines consisting of:
Fleet, SailNo, HelmName, Rating, Total, Nett. I have been cleaning up the database using Excel and now wish to import the file back into a new Sailwave series. When I reach the "Next" step after browing to my csv file, a pop up box says, "Access Denied." Please advise on the simple steps to import a csv file.

I just solved the problem. I was saving my Excel file as "cvs windows" rather than just cvs. Worked perfectly. Selby
