Just downloaded SIs for the Holland International Regatta.
They have followed all the normal(?) AddC & AddQ scoring systems apart from
All boats will sail on the last day, not just the top 10
Scores in the last race for boats not in the medal race:
- will be discardable
- will not count double
and ties will be broken as per A8, not the last race
I can't see how 1.93b3 can deal with this :-(((
I saw this at another regatta last year but hoped that it would be dropped after the ISAF conference
decision
I suspect ISAF thinking is that everyone will stop sailing to watch the 'spectacle' of the Medals
races
I think it may be worthwhile just ignoring this format for the time being & see what happens.
If anyone wants to use Sailwave with this format, we need to advise them that it will probably not
work

Hi Ralph,
A solution would be to save the file after entering the medal race results
and split it into two. Score one as per the medal race SIs and ther other
normally.
