Addendum C flights

I’m tempted to rip this out (addendum C flights)
and force users to ‘lock’ the results for race N if they are going to
rotate the flight allocations. What do other programs so - any
ideas… I’ve tried to make it clear that you only need to use what
Sailwave calls “flights” in a rotation (addendum C) context but it’s
sill causing confusion…

Hi Colin

Not sure what you are going to rip out

Don’t forget the scenario of a subsequent Protest Committee decision (after re-assignment has taken place) which changes the results of a ‘locked’ race

Regards

Ralph

I use the flights and would hope to see them stay.

I believe this may become more popular, and some of the rotating start sequences may change to this in the future.

Also as it is the ISAF standard and serious scoring system should support it.

You need to retain the facility for your scoring of Sail For Gold in any event.

Just overreacting to optinam - ignore me…

Anders is right - it needs documentation.
