Adding Competitors

Hi Colin and all,

I have a query of adding competitors different to the one being discussed but the topic jogged the memory cells and reminded me to ask the question.

We have our Club Fleet divided into four groups Keel boats, Trailer Yachts, Catamarans and Dinghies as a master list in an "Events" folder within Sailwave so that for every new series we can import the fleet from the master list straight into the race series.

The problem arises when, a new boat, or new boat owner, or in the Hobbie Fleet they buy new sails and get a new number issued, and the volunteers processing results add the changes to the current series but don't add them to the master list.

Is there some way that if a series has been imported from the master list any additions or corrections in the series are automatically posted to the master list? Or visa-versa make the changes to the master list and it automatically updates the series.
