Just realized I cannot find where I adjust the B factor for wind in each race in a series when using ToT phrf.
I am guessing there is such a thing as from what I can tell adjusting B for wind in ToT phrf is pretty common but can’t seem to find it.

Welcome to Sailwave.
To enable wind indexed ratings you must first turn on the
functionality in Sailwave. You do this by clicking Setup on the menu
bar and then clicking User interface. When the window pops up you
click the box alongside Wind indexed ratings and then click OK.
That is just the first step, the next is to create a ratings file
containing the wind indexed ratings for each class/type of boat, see
.
The next step is to add the wind information in each race start that
uses wind indexed ratings. In the screen capture below
