v1.47 beta3 uploaded with the locale scheme from 1.45 reinstated.
Please get back to me with window layout issues - i.e. not enough screen
real-estate for a translation; especially for languages like German. The
only solution is to relayout the window a bit which I am quite prepared to
do.
