I've done the tweak required to put the appearance of discards in the
published series summary under user control. I've added two new style
classes to do this (one for the odd lines and one for the even lines like
the other style classes). This means that all aspects of the font and cell
background can be controlled by the style sheet as per the CSS2 spec linked
to below. NB: this includes whether or not the text has a line through it
by using the (CSS) "text-decoration" element. I've tweaked all of
Sailwave's styles to have these tags in them.
