The last I heard was that publication is being delayed due the the sad death of the member of the committee who was responsible for putting AppL(E) together
I keep checking the current address http://www.sailing.org/25470.php but it may appear elsewhere on the ISAF site

App LE is not in the paper version.
The current version, dated 2006 is still valid.
Anyway this is a template for guidance, not a rule.
Revised Appendix L (standard SI) is published.

I understand that it is for guidance & the latest published is the current version.
Colin has incorporated Appendix L(E), Addendum C elements into Sailwave for use when Olympic classes regattas are using SW for the qualification & finals elements
I had heard from GBR rules people that there were to going to be changes to App (L(E).
My reason for looking for a copy is to see if there is anything which affects Sailwave.

The ISAF office is closed till Monday.
They changed the Logo on the Web site, but not the page about ‘current’ Racing Rules, these are still 2005-2008, with a sentence stating thar RRS 2009-2012 will be applicale after 01/01/2009.
Let them some time to update the Web site, if there is no change on Wednesday, send a message to ISAF secretariat www.sailing.org/contactisaf.php
