Seems that if I attribute average points (Average of (sum of points of all non-'DNC races) + N points) to the race team before entering any other results then the subsequent BCE calculation gets upset and uses the zero elapsed time of the BCE result as it’s base for calculating 
Or is it just me?

Attached file AvPeg.blw demonstrates the problem - show results as BCE and look at Race 11.
If I enter times and score the series before adding the AvP for Race 11 then all’s well - AvPaddedAfterScoring.blw
Only a minor irritation; just catches me out every now and again

Hi Mike,
So - Just to be sure we agree - 21419 R11 should be a 1.6 points and therefore be a discard.
If you right click the result cell and select clear result and then add the AvP code and then rescore, that is what I get. In one of the files you sent the elapsed time was set at 00:00:00
