Thanks Andy, feel happier already and will
hopefully be more productive.

  Love Wordpress blog - very flexible.  It's goig to be great to

just add a help post when I think of them without going to the
computer and building sailwave etc.

  If anybody would like to contribute to the help posts please let

me know and register witht eh site and i’ll assign you editor
rights.
