does anybody know why internet explorer says that its blocked content
when pubishing from sailwave - there is no active x or scripts in the
code - just html and css !!! - it’s really annoying…
certainly happens when previewing.

Does it have any XML in the file, IE often blocks viewing raw XML with
the same sort of message as it gives for scripts.
To fix it you could try adding the server that you're uploading to
into your Trusted Sites list (assuming that you do actually trust the
server)?
