Cannot connect to ftp.sailwave.com

Hello,
I still cannot publish to the datastore and keep getting the "Cannot connect to ftp.sailwave.com".

I tried reloading the program. Is there something else I can do or is there a problem with the server. Thanks in advance for your help.
