Cannot Publish Notes

I want to Publish a brief note about a particular Series i am starting to score,

I have added the Note to the Series properties, but when i select Publish Note in the Publish Dialogue, nothing appears when i Publish the Results ???

What am i doing wrong ?

I think you must put your Note into the Publish / Note tab of the
Publish dialogue
