cant get data from sailwave to SWPH

Trying to use SWPH to change personal handicap,butdata will not fill into excel file. Any help would be appreciated

In the SWHP Excel file there are 2 worksheets - Main and Config.

The Config worksheet is used configure what information is retrieved from Sailwave and specify where it goes in the Main worksheet.
Have you done this?
