Changing rationg part way through a series?

Hi. I am in the middle of using Sailwave to score a 1-week open
handicap race series.
How do I amend the rating of a boat, such that it doesn't retroactively
apply the new number to earlier races?
I'm sure I did this in the past but cannot find a way to do it again.

Hi David,

Right-Click on the table cell representing the competitor/race at whitch you
want the new rating to be effective from and select the EditResult menu
item. On the Rating tab of EditResult enter the new rating and tick the box
that says words to the effect of using for successive races as well. Save.

Use the View+ShowResultCellsAs+RaceSpecificRatings to get an overview of all
ratings and see how they change during the series. If you publish a series
summary from (Publish+Results) when in this view you can print it off to
show competitors how their ratings are changing. Race specific ratings are
also shown in the individual race tables in the rating column when
publishing.
