As I have written before, we are trying sailwave, here in Bilbao for the Atlantic Games in July, so far so good, but now we have run up with the following problem:
For cruisers we use CHS handicap, and now we have the following problem, how can we change the criteria from Time on Time to Time on Distance, for the results, may be it can not be changed I do not know.
Has anybody any ideas?

I thought CHS now IRC2008 was a time on time system.

CHS is maked in Sailwave as (legacy)
The system is now named RORC (Musto) ITC and works with ToT and a TCC system c = e * r
I don’t find any information about ToD in the IRC rules.
However you could buid up a ToD system and use the configuration PHRF ToD or a customised system using a formula like c=e-rd. The problem is to start from TCC.
If your CHS system, no longer maintained by UNCL and RORC, displays ratings as ToD corrections, these are in second per mile, I hope this could work without correction.
