Clarification of -Ewin and Rwin columns

I should point out that -Ewin is the difference in elapsed time needed to
win *on corrected time* - i.e. it's not just the time you were behind the
leader on elapsed (although it will be if you have the same rating).
Similarly Rwin is the rating you needed to win on corrected time - or
looking at it another way - the rating you sailed to in that race, assuming
the winner sailed to his rating.

Because of this, when you use a custom rating system you now need to define
3 expressions: one for corrected, one for elapsed and one for rating. For
example if c=e-r*d, then e=c+r*d and r=(e-c)/d.
