How can I select the info I want to be published?
Also the club burgee that we had when publishing using an older version now is much too big and messes up the layout

Columns not wanted can be hidden n SW.
A html editor (e.g. MS Front Page or some free types) can be used to shrink a large burgee in the published html . Such an editor can also be used to delete unwanted data.
Or you can use something like Notepad to edit the html text. Open the html file with Notepad. Not too far down from the top, identify the line containing the definition for the burgee picture - starts with <img class="" src=“picture file name”
Add the text - width=“40” after the `src’ statement (between the < > brackets. It may be necessary to play around with the width figure - make it smaller or larger to suit. Save the changes, then view the file again with your html browser(e.g. IE or Firefox).
