We run 3 series in parallel throughout the summer (not sure why!) but this means that every time a new sailor turns up with a new boat it has to be added to each series separately. Sounds trivial but actually takes ages and invites errors.
Is there a way to have a live update of members across different series? I've tried running a master series with all historic competitors, but merging these seems to either produce duplicates or be slow and protracted.

Once you have entered the new sailor's details in one series, you can then 'import' his/her details into your other series using:
File > Import competitors from a Sailwave file... > etc.
This is quicker than re-entering all the data, and the only errors are those enetered in the first series!
For helms with several boats, it would be good to assign more than one boat to a helm, with a drop-down box to select the boat he is using on a given day. I don't think this feature is supported - please let me know if it is!
