Command line argument for importing race results csv file

Is there a way of running Sailwave with a command line argument that
specifies the filename of a csv file containing race results. I
understand that I can manually choose to import the file using the
File -> Import From CSV File... option, however I would like to perform
this action from another program.

Hi,

As it happens I’ve been adding command line options recently - for my
own use when you open one file from another not that it’s not an MDI
app.

I can do csv race results - yes - do you want the CSV window to pop up
or specify all the params on the comman d line so the user interface is
not needed - could also close the file too if you wanted with another
option. i.e. no human intervention needed to add a set of race results
to the Sailwave file…

That has been on my wishlist, too. I would like to specify the .blw filename, .csv filename and any parameters on the command line, and optionally to quit after processing the results in the csv. If there's an error, just quit with an errorlevel code.

The csv file might contain start/finish times and fleet, or just the position and fleet.

Thanks

Hi, please could you post details of the command line arguments that
can be specified? I am particularly interested in CSV race results. I
would like to specify on the command line whether or not the CSV race
results window should pop up.
Many thanks.
Great product by the way!
