I have the Vista operating system and when I downloaded the Sailwave
program it came out really weird and messed up. Is there someway to
make the program compatible with Microsoft Vista?
Done, i dont have Vista yet - try turning off cleartype or whatever MS call
it - in controlpanels|display|appearance|effects - you probably also need to
be an administrator even to use it - i need to add a Vista manifest to sort
it all out...

Advice I received from another software firm was this:
"Here is a quick fix to get Data Agent working on Vista.
Go to C:\Program Files\Data Agent\ Right click on the Data Agent icon and
the third option down should say "Run as Administrator", make sure
this is checked.
This fix may also work for other programs that have trouble running on
Vista." So try this but look for Sailwave instead of DataAgent. I
cannot test this as I do not use Vista and will not until Microsoft
get it working properly!

Thank you guys. Unfortunately I have already tried all the advice you have given me. I think my next move is to remove the entire program and start all over.
