Corrected Time after hitting publish

So when I press “publish” after putting in the racers “actual time”, why does the corrected time not appear in the main screen, only what place the racer came in? It does appear on the published document, just not on the screen that I work and edit on.

Thanks!

Hi Tim,
Welcome to the Sailwave User Group forum.

When you score a series the screen view automatically changes to ‘Scored points’ view. If you then want to see the corrected times you need to select the ‘Corrected times’ screen view by clicking the down arrow.

PS - are you manually entering the ‘actual time’ by finding each competitor. If you are you could make your life much easier and enter data more quickly if you use the Sail Number Wizard, especially if you have edit the race information to enter the start time(s) for each fleet.

Kind regards,
Huw

Hi,

Is there a way to see all three on the screen (actual time, corrected time, and place) prior to publishing?

Hi Tim

You can switch the display to any of the options available on the dropdown

You can also click the preview button on the publish window to see what will be published before you actually publish it.

Jon

Hi Tim,

There is no way to see all three of actual time, corrected time and scored points concurrently on the screen. As Jon said you have to switch the view to see each individualy.

You can see all three concurrently for each individual competitor’s race by double-clicking an individual race cell.
