Boat 2, PHRF 146, Elapsed 47.33, the corrected time calcs to 39:34. This is correct if you do not round.
Boat 3, PHRF 173, Elapsed 50.31, the corrected time calcs to 41:04. Should it not be 41:25

Thanks, but what am I doing wrong in my manual calculation. When I divide the 567 sec by 60 I get 0:09:46 not 0:09:27.

read 9,46, hence 9 minutes and 0,46 * 60 sec, or 27,6 sec. That's the part you missed.
If you are calculating with Excel, use hour format, default when you are entering times as h:mm:ss, then the info is stored as decimal DAYS, so the result 567 or 479 seconds has to be converted in decimal days, divide by 86400 sec/day and substact from ET to get CT
For boat 2, you had almost the same result, just because you substracted 7,98, close to 8.00 from 47,33!!!
