Hi,
is it possible to configure the used separator sign in sailwave?
The problem is as follows; under the German language scheme Excel will use a semicolon sign instead of a comma as separator for those files. I know that it is possible to switch the used sign in the system preferences language settings under windows operating system. Since I also use a Mac, there is a problem, because you can´t do it in a similar way to get a comma instead of the semicolon.
So it would be nice to have an option to configure this in sailwave or that sailwave itself would recognize the other separator value.
best regards, thorsten
Hi Thorsten,
It is already possible to configure the separator in Sailwave for importing of csv files. Go to Setup - Global options - importing
You can specify any separator you wish to use there

In the Global options Import tab you can define your field separator.
