I am having trouble with discard system could anybody give me the codes for 6 races 3 to count,12 races 6 to count and 9 races 4 to count. Any help is much appreciated.

This may meet your requirement.
0,0,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6
Paste into the discard profile and check it is right for you by pressing the icon immediately to the right of the box in which the profile is written.

just type s/2+.5
then even numbers of sailed races (s) give 50% (6 gives 3.5, rounded to 3 ro discard, 3 to count) and odd numbers are rounded up (9 gives 4.5 + .5 = 5 to discard, 4 tou count)
