I would like to include OOD (race officer) as a qualifying race score
but I am unable to find how to do this. I give average points for
this duty and do not want to penalise them by being a race non-
qualifier,

I will extend the code properties tab in Edit+Code to allow users to specify
whether ot not a particular code counts as a qualifying race; presently it's
implicit.
