I got around the problem that some of you were having WRT downloading rating
files. The reason is that Sailwave is assuming a Windows end of line
sequence but when uploaded the text files were getting changed to a *nix end
of line sequence.
I've replaced them with .zip files. Download the appropriate zip file and
then extract to the sailwave installation folder. You need winzip to do
this: www.winzip.com.
There are two libs on the site.
isafpn.zip containing a rating.txt with RYA PY and ISAF SCHRS values for
2002, contributed by Huw Pearce.
uspn.zip containing a rating.txt with US Portsmouth values for 2001,
contributed by Bob Hunkins.
