Hi, I have a duplicate competitor what I enter the data by sail number. I can’t find the duplicate any other way. Sailwave says I have the latest version

Hi Mark,
It may be that you do have a two competitors with the same sail
number but this only shows when you are using the sail number
wizard. The second competitor could be marked hidden. To view all
competitors including those marked as hidden, click View on the
menu bar and select ‘Hide excluded competitors’.
The excluded competitors have an X in the first column.
If the above does not show you the duplicate competitor, please
send me the Sailwave file with the problem and I will have a look
at it.

5246 E Watt is not in the file twice but shows up in the Sail
Number Wizard twice because there is also 5426 in the AltSailNo
field. Sail matches the value you enter for a sail number in the
Sail Number Wzard to values in both the SailNo field and the
AltSailNo field.
So all you need to do is remove the value 5426 in the AltSailNo
field for Ed Watts.
