editing a race place

hi, i have a standard regatta setup with 7 races. when i try to edit
the race finishing place of an individual boat, the race window
always shows the place of race 1 regardless of the race being
edited??! is this a bug. i'm using 1.58 beta.

eg. if i enter a boat finishing place of 14th in race 3, and then
change it to a ZPG, how do i know that the ZPG relates to 14th
place? (if the boat finished 7th in race 1, it will show 7th in the
race window for race 3, not 14th)
