Elapsed time

Good morning,

i would ask the fillowing:

For the series in compensated time, in the case where the start is
given on the continent (ex. hour GMT +2) and the arrival in England
(GMT +1). Can we have the possibility of an option to add or
substract the number of necessary hours so that the elapsed time is
correct.
Because all starts and arrival are always noted in local time.
