Eliminat the score value from DNC,DNF etc.

I am using version 1.94 build 28 and would like to show the codes such
as DNC, DNF, etc but not show the score value, as I was able to do in
version 1.57.
Can anyone tell me if it can be done and how?

Go to Setup -> Global Options -> Code/Discard Format

Enter C for code, P for points, or C/P for both.

You can also set the throwout format to strike through instead of in
parens.

Hi Roy F.

If it is for all of the codes, the easiest way to do this is in
the "global option," under "code/discard formatting." There is a
box "Default code format."
If you want it only to show the letters, replace "p c" with a "c"

To do this for a few, you change this under "scoring system"
in "scoring codes," where you select your code, and under properties
type the wanted format in the "format"-box.

Also worth mentiioning that the global format for codes can be overridden on
a series based from the cose list in the scoring system.

And the the tooltip text for code formatting (click F2 for all the tooltips
for a windwo to display in text mode):-

"ENTRY Default code format (C)
This format is used for all codes unless
overridden on a per code basis below or in a
series.

Use p and c to represent the points and the
code, use C to force the code to display in upper
case. For example, a format of c (p) would
display a "dnf" of 23.0 points as dnf (23.0).
A format of p/C would display 23.0/DNF.
A format of c would just display DNF."
