When I publish results as a webpage attachment,to forward by email, I
get to the stage "message posted to outbox" /OK. Then I cannot find it
in my email program, Mozilla Thunderbird, to send. Am I going wrong
somewhere?

I don't use Thunderbird, but as I recall it does not use a Windows MAPI
outbox; rather, it sends emails immediately. In which case the 'send later'
email publishing facility will not work for you - it needs a Windows MAPI
compliant email client like Outlook or Outlook Express.
However, if you setup your SMTP details in Setup+GlobalOptions (of
Sailwave), Sailwave provides an alternative email publishing facility to
'send now' - mimicking Thunderbird.
You'll need the latest version for this; it's new and has been fixed a few
times recently, so make sure you're up to date.
