I am unable to score a race using wind index because the Edit Race
option cannot be selected using the Edit menu or right mouse click.

Can you try downloading and installing 1.55 again (the first upload had a
few problems). If that doesn't work, send me the series (to
colin@sailwave.com) and I'll take a look.

I've noticed this same problem with even the latest 1.55 release. You can't right-click on a race to edit it unless you have single-clicked one of the result cells in that race first to move focus there. I haven't mentioned it because it's hardly a problem - just click first before right clicking.
One other usability item I keep running into- it would be nice if things like Delete Race and Delete Competitor were not grayed out when nothing is selected since those both just go to a dialog where I have to specifically choose what to delete anyway. The last few versions seem to have some menu items grayed out much more frequently than before and it's taken me a bit of practice to retrain a few of my usage habits.
No big deal though, just a observation.

Re-installing version 1.55 fixed the problem. I can now access the
Edit Race option from the Edit menu or right click. Thanks.

I'm working on 1,57 now and doing a fair bit of race editing. It seems to
be working OK - i.e. I can right click on a result cell or the race column
title and select edit+race. Let me know if you still have the same problem
when you get 1.57. Or perhaps 1.56 fixes it?

This seems OK now (1.56 + 1.57). Can you let me know if it's still a
problem your end with the latest release.
