I would like to print lists in Sail number order. With cruisers the sail numbers sometimes have a letter suffix so the number might be 1087L for example.
These numbers get sorted at the end of the list. Can you sort just on the numeric part? Using an entry list to tick off starters is very tricky if you have to look in more than one place.

Have a play with the program SWCList which is included with the Sailwave install. I think this will do what you want and it’s exceptionally easy to use
It is specifically written to produce lists of Sailwave competitors
