Hi Jon

I am a new user and running an event this weekend. I tried to upload an old test event with one race scored but that isn’t working and then with the new series I am trying to publish/upload a competitor listing to the sailwave folder to ensure it works!

The following is my issue

Trying to upload results to the sailwave results folder - it appears initially on the results page and then disappears and the following message appears in sailwave - Failed to upload page to sailwave.com Error 0

Any ideas?

Hi Dierdre - Sorry to hear you have a problem.

Are you using Virgin as an internet provider? As there have been several people that have reported problems when using Virgin. There is a solution here on the user group which involves editing the Hosts file if that is the case.
