When I try to publish either results or flight assignments, I get “ShellExecute() error code 31”. Is this a Sailwave error or a Windows 10 error? Any suggestions on a solution?

Hi Allan,
If means there is no association for the file type - presumably ,htm. Double click on a .htm file in Windows then choose your browser to open it and tick the box to always do so.

Hi Allan,
I see Colin has already responded but just to add if you are using Windows 10
You can modify these settings easily in the control panel - Default Programs - Set Associations
Select the .htm and the .html and select the browser you wish to use
