Is there a way to export elapsed times en masse? I can get elapsed times easily enough race by race, but it would make getting data into my personal handicapping spreadsheet miles easier if I could export the series summary...

If you select View' Show Result Cells As’ (F6) - Elapsed Times, then export, you should be able to get what you want.
