Hi All,
WebFusion recently did a “security update” which left all ftp accounts
disabled in that one could not log into them without resetting the
password. However, they have also changed their policy for how
passords are constructed such that I cannot use the passwords have been
burned into Sailwave for the last 10 years. They refuse to do anything
about it their end.
This means that uploading results to the Sailwave website and checking
for updates will be broken until the next release of Sailwave.
I’ve spent an incredibly frustrating morning trying to persuade
WebFusion to let me use the same password that they have let me use for
for the past 10 years - to no avail.
Please accept my apologies for this.
