All was working well until about 2 weeks ago when I started getting a “Failed to upload file Error 0”
The connection to FTP says it is OK but looking at the file manager on our internet server the file is there buyt empty.
Have made no changes to the set up.

Hi Derek,
What else has changed in your Internet connectivity?
Something you could try is open Global options under Set-up menu
and then select FTP tab. On this pane check the box use passive
transfers and see if things work.
Kind regards,
Huw

Can you do a manual ftp file transfer, e.g. from a CMD window?

Many thanks Huw,
selecting passive transfers seems to have solved the problem.
Thanks also to all those who replied
