True. There is the on-line FAQ and some ref pages for locales and rating
files, but that's about it at present. Sailwave is a part-time private
project provided free to the sailing community and there's only so much that
can be done; its always hard juggling priorities. The new voluntary
registration scheme is an attempt to bring in some cash to justify more time
to spend on development, but my son earns more delivering news papers at
present... !
