Half points for a race in a series

I have used Sailwave for a number of years. So far, we've got away with a simple scoring system of 1st = 1 point, 2nd = 2 points, etc.

However, in this year's series, two of the races were shortened so the organisers decided to award half points, i.e. 1st = 0.5 points, 2nd = 1 point, etc.

The series is 10 races. How can I score 8 races conventionally, but two with half points?

Hi - This should not be a problem.

First in the the Setup - User interface - tick the Race weightings.

Then edit the last two races and edit the starts - You will find a place where you can specify the race weighting set these to 0.5 and you should have the results you require,

2.02 is getting a little old now you might like to look at some of the new features in the later versions
