In our local catamaran fleet races, we handicap using portsmouth number
with weight adjustment. Some of our members have two different boats
and some change or sail without crews from race to race.
In a multi day, 12 race series, how can I adjust for the different
boats and different weights from one race to another.

If you have a set of ratings for individual competitors for each configuration already calculated, you can set a rating for each individual race by double clicking in the result cell for a competitor and then clicking on the rating tab. At the bottom of the rating tab is a box where you set the rating for this race. If you check the box close by it will then used until you change it at some point in the future.
There is no automated way within in Sailwave to take account of this scenario.
